MID SUSSEX

Home Based Child Contact Centre Manager

Full time, home based, position (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

We are recruiting an experienced manager who can bring a background working with families and children combined with strong administration and IT skills. As a child contact centre manager you would be running the daily operation of our two contact centres in West Sussex (Haywards Heath and Hassocks) as well as community based sessions across the region. It is also essential to have previous staff management experience including supervision and support, for our team of local child contact supervisors and family support workers.

Applicants must have a suitable space to work at home uninterrupted and where they can undertake confidential video meetings and phone calls. In addition they must live within a 30 minute drive of either Hassocks or Haywards Heath as attendance there will be needed periodically including for staff meetings, occasional co-working with the duty manager, and for training.

This position involves working with parents at challenging times in their life so a calm, professional and robust personality is needed.

EAST SUSSEX

Part Time Child Contact supervisors to work across our two contact centres in Hastings & Eastbourne in East Sussex

We are expanding our team of part time child contact supervisors in East Sussex. As a Child Contact Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating safe and supportive family time between children and their non-resident parents or significant others. You’ll oversee these sessions ensuring that the environment remains positive and safe for the children. The children we work with may be living with a parent, an extended family member or foster carer.

This position is to work at both our Eastbourne and Hastings contact centres as well as the Sussex community, so it is essential that candidates are happy to travel.

These roles are on zero hour employed contract due to the demand driven nature of our work. Car owner essential. £13-£15 per hr based on day of the week worked

Part Time Family Support Workers

We are looking for dedicated part time family support workers across Norfolk to join our dynamic team. These are zero-hour, employed bank contracts so offer maximum flexibility. Although no minimum hours are guaranteed each week we need candidates who have good availability and who can be flexible, as we work closely Local Authorities who are undertaking safeguarding assessments. For those looking for more hours we often have longer shifts available of up to 12 hrs (day and/or night )
