MID SUSSEX

Home Based Child Contact Centre Manager

Full time, home based, position (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

We are recruiting an experienced manager who can bring a background working with families and children combined with strong administration and IT skills. As a child contact centre manager you would be running the daily operation of our two contact centres in West Sussex (Haywards Heath and Hassocks) as well as community based sessions across the region. It is also essential to have previous staff management experience including supervision and support, for our team of local child contact supervisors and family support workers.

Applicants must have a suitable space to work at home uninterrupted and where they can undertake confidential video meetings and phone calls. In addition they must live within a 30 minute drive of either Hassocks or Haywards Heath as attendance there will be needed periodically including for staff meetings, occasional co-working with the duty manager, and for training.

This position involves working with parents at challenging times in their life so a calm, professional and robust personality is needed.

MID SUSSEX

Home Based Part time Business Administrator

The role is 12 hrs a week spread across three days (9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm and the same days each week) with a possibility long term that additional hours may be needed as the company continues to grow to meet business demands in the future. Salary £14 per hr.

Applicants must have the flexibility to increase their hours long term if needed, up to 16hrs a week, however any increase above 12 hours a week is not guaranteed.

Skills required:

Excellent IT skills are essential. Including use of MS Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, Dropbox, Google Maps, Portals, Webmail and the ability to pick up new software as we continue to grow. All our work is using MAC computers, so ideally a good knowledge of MAC packages too.
