Consistently high demand for our services nationally makes it necessary to increase our operational capacity. We are currently addressing this need via a recruitment drive for a range of roles within our organisation, including Independent Social Workers, Family Support Workers and Child Contact Supervisors.

EAST SUSSEX

Part Time Child Contact supervisors to work across our two contact centres in Hastings & Eastbourne in East Sussex.

Candidates must have either weekday availability (including after school and school holidays) and/or regular weekend availability (although not necessarily Saturday and Sunday).

We are expanding our team of part time child contact supervisors in East Sussex. As a Child Contact Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating safe and supportive family time between children and their non-resident parents or significant others. You’ll oversee these sessions ensuring that the environment remains positive and safe for the children. The children we work with may be living with a parent, an extended family member or foster carer.

This position is to work at both our Eastbourne and Hastings contact centres as well as the Sussex community, so it is essential that candidates are happy to travel and ideally live within a 30 minute drive of one of these centres.

These roles are on zero hour employed contract due to the demand driven nature of our work. Car owner essential. £13-£15 per hr based on day of the week worked

We are expanding our team of part time child contact supervisors in Colchester. As a Child Contact Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating safe and supportive family time between children and their non-resident parents or significant others. You’ll oversee these sessions ensuring that the environment remains positive and safe for the children. The children we work with may be living with a parent, an extended family member or foster carer.

Candidates should live within a 40 minute drive of our centre and be willing to undertake community based contacts in the area too, not just at the centre.

NORFOLK

Part Time Family Support Workers & Child Contact Supervisors

We are looking for dedicated part time family support workers across Norfolk to join our dynamic team. With flexible hours, competitive pay, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to your community, this is the perfect role for those experienced in working with families and children looking for a rewarding opportunity.

These are zero-hour, employed bank contracts so offer maximum flexibility. Although no minimum hours are guaranteed each week we need candidates who have good availability and who can be flexible, as we work closely Local Authorities who are undertaking safeguarding assessments. For those looking for more hours we often have longer shifts available of up to 12 hrs (day and/or night )

We are also hiring child contact supervisors for community based sessions. Once a family is allocated to you their sessions would tend to run for around 2-3 hours once a week, over many months, so regular weekly availability is essential and ideally we need candidates able to cover a session at a weekend, when needed. We cannot guarantee minimum hours a month, as it is demand driven by family needs.
