MID SUSSEX

Home Based Child Contact Centre Administrator

The role requires a highly organised and experienced business administrator, with at least 3 years administrative experience, who is confident with technology, has a great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. The administrator works closely with the Child Contact Centre Manager in helping organise child contact sessions in our centres in Hassocks and Haywards Heath, as well as the Sussex community.

Candidates must be confident in undertaking daily interactions via phone and email with parents, so candidates must have previous experience of working with the public, ideally with families.

When the centre manager is on leave the centre administrator will be deputising and managing the day-to-day needs of the contact centres in the manager’s absence. Full training will be given on all aspects of the role.

This is a home-based position, however, the administrator will be required to attend training locally and our child contact centres in Hassocks and Haywards Heath, West Sussex so must live within a 40-minute drive of one or both centres.

This part time role is for four days per week 9.00am to 5.00pm. The non-working day would need to be the same each week and be mid-week. Alternatively, we would consider Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm for the right candidate.

Part Time Child Contact supervisors to work across our two contact centres in Hastings & Eastbourne in East Sussex

We are expanding our team of part time child contact supervisors in East Sussex. As a Child Contact Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating safe and supportive family time between children and their non-resident parents or significant others. You’ll oversee these sessions ensuring that the environment remains positive and safe for the children. The children we work with may be living with a parent, an extended family member or foster carer.

This position is to work at both our Eastbourne and Hastings contact centres as well as the Sussex community, so it is essential that candidates are happy to travel.

These roles are on zero hour employed contract due to the demand driven nature of our work. Car owner essential. £13-£15 per hr based on day of the week worked

Part Time Family Support Workers

We are looking for dedicated part time family support workers across Norfolk to join our dynamic team. These are zero-hour, employed bank contracts so offer maximum flexibility.
