are a competent and driven social worker with at least 5 years of post-qualifying experience.
are passionate about own professional growth and development.
are an established independent social worker who has already had at least one year of experience practicing autonomously and taking on assessment work directly from solicitors, local authorities or as a contractor for a social work agency that commissions such assignments.
have thorough knowledge of undertaking complex parenting assessments, viability assessments and Special Guardianship assessment reports.
possess well-developed skills in succinct report writing with cogent analysis and are able to make realistic recommendations.
have an ability to communicate well with professionals from different agencies and to think laterally about sourcing information about a family in a timely and effective manner.
are registered with Social Work England.
are registered as a Limited Company in England.
