All our Centres have an enhanced accreditation status with NACCC.

We accept referrals from members of the public, social workers, family court advisors and solicitors.

 
 

Please note the referral process takes a few weeks before the first session.

All our child contact centres also offer community based contact in the local area.

    Centre Manager Availability Mondays to Friday 9am to 2pm

  • • Child Contact (supervised and supported) between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week at the child contact centre and in the Suffolk community

    • Child transport (where requested)

    • Looked After Children respite days (also with a therapeutic element where requested)

    • Culturally competent, identity supporting sessions/workshops for children in care who come from non-British cultural and linguistic backgrounds

  • • All contact workers are trained Family Support Workers (FSWs)

    • All have been safely recruited and have current, Enhanced DBS checks

    • Some FSWs are bilingual and can engage with families with cultural competency, including speaking their native language

    We are around a 7-minute walk from Thurston train station and parking is available on site.

    There is parking at the venue, but this is limited so allow time and if full you can park in one of the main car parks (pay and display) and walk to the centre.

    In addition contacts may take place at our centre in Woolpit IP30 9QH, however there are no close public transport links to this venue.
