We accept referrals from members of the public, social workers, family court advisors and solicitors.

We can offer video based contact sessions between a parent and their children. This option can be used in between contact sessions or as an alternative to in person child contact services.

All sessions are supervised throughout by an experienced child contact supervisor, who also facilitates the connections, ensuring no direct contact between parent and child outside of the session.

Maximum zoom duration is one hour.

Please use the enquiry form below.

  • We have significant experience in supervision of contact sessions via Zoom video software and offer this service to those families who request it. Zoom is free and easily accessible to all users.

We strongly believe that indirect contact between children and their non-resident parents can help maintain and nurture important family relationships, which is especially critical to a healthy emotional and identity development in young children.

Both parties will need an internet-enabled device with a webcam, speaker and microphone. This means that you can use your smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer. But, we recommend larger screens for optimal contact experience, so phones would not be ideal for this.

    THE PROCESS

Contact sessions via video are limited to 1 hour at a time. This is because 60 minutes is a maximum we consider realistic when it comes to an indirect, screen-based contact meeting between a child/ren and their parent/family member.

Our contact supervisor will be in control of the session throughout.

    COSTS

All video/telephone contact sessions attract a fixed fee. No session will last more than one hour. Some may run for less time if the child finds one hour too long, especially if a younger child.
