If you are looking for community based supervised child contact services in the South East, London and East Anglia in counties outside of those served by contact centres, as detailed below, we may still be able to assist based on the location required.

We work with families directly and Local Authorities and can offer:

    The manager for community based contact sessions in Kent, Norfolk, London, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Surrey (subject to location and staff availability) is Robyn.

  • All services would be subject to the location and availability of our team

    • Child Contact (supervised and supported) 7 days a week typically in the local community. A venue can be located if needed in many cases.

    • Child transport (where requested) to Local Authority contact sessions

    • Looked After Children respite days (also with a therapeutic element where requested)

    •Community Based Assessments (including 24/7 when needed)

  • • All contact workers are trained Family Support Workers (FSWs)

    • All have been safely recruited and have current, Enhanced DBS checks

    • Some FSWs are bilingual and can engage with families with cultural competency, including speaking their native language

  • Contact Services can take place Monday to Sunday 9am to 7pm.

    Our offices are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
