All our child contact centres also offer community based contact in the local area.

However, if you are looking for child contact services in the South East, London and East Anglia in counties outside of those served by contact centres ( Suffolk, Essex and Sussex) we may still be able to assist based on the location required. Please use the enquiry form below.

    Centre Manager Availability: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

  • All services would be subject to the location and availability of our team

    • Child Contact (supervised and supported) 7 days a week typically in the local community. A venue can be located if needed in many cases.

    • Child transport (where requested) to Local Authority contact sessions

    • Looked After Children respite days (also with a therapeutic element where requested)

    •Community Based Assessments (including 24/7 when needed)

  • • All contact workers are trained Family Support Workers (FSWs)

    • All have been safely recruited and have current, Enhanced DBS checks

    • Some FSWs are bilingual and can engage with families with cultural competency, including speaking their native language

  • Our latest contact centre is in Colchester and will open on January 16th 2025
